Guardrails exists to help people walk faithfully together. Trust is at the heart of that, so here is a plain-language look at what we collect, why, and what we never do.

What we collect

Your account details, such as your name and email address, so you can sign in.

The groups you belong to and the check-ins you share with them, such as Standing firm, Struggling, Needs prayer now, or Confession.

Prayer requests and messages you choose to post to your group.

Basic usage information that helps us keep the app working well.

Who sees what

Your check-ins and prayer requests are shared only with the group you post them to and its leaders. That is how your group knows when to reach out.

If you press SOS, your group leaders are notified right away so a real person can respond.

Churches and organizations cannot contact individual users directly. People choose to request to join a group, and the group decides who comes in.

The AI Companion

Before you use the AI Companion for the first time, we ask for your consent.

Your AI Companion conversations are not stored or captured. They are erased after each use, unless you choose to send them to yourself or someone else.

Group leaders never see what you say to the AI Companion.

In correctional and secure facilities, the facility’s own rules apply, and staff may monitor tablet use where their policies require it.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your check-ins, prayer requests, or messages with advertisers.

Keeping your information safe

We use secure, encrypted connections and limit access to the people who need it to run the service.

Your choices

You can leave a group at any time. You can also ask us to delete your account and the information connected to it.

Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.

In crisis? Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or dial 911.
